Hours: 12.00 - 16.00 - Monday - Friday - afternoons only

You must be available immediately with no notice period and happy to work 4 hours per day covering lunches at 3 office locations all in walking distance in Mayfair area of London

My client who is a Facilities Management company who supply and manage the Reception areas of some prestigious London clients are looking for an experienced well-presented Receptionist to cover lunches at 3 sites.

You must be available to work from 12pm - 4pm every day covering the lunches at 3 Mayfair office locations.

You will cover for 1 hour at each site and walk between covers to the 3 locations.

You will need to wear smart office wear.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all visitors / deliveries
  • Answering and diverting mainline telephone calls
  • Set up meetings / book out meeting rooms / provide refreshments
  • Diary management
  • Open and sort incoming post
  • General administrative duties i.e. photocopying / filing

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role
  • Experience of working in a client/customer facing role previously is desired
  • Extremely well spoken and presented
  • Polite and courteous nature
  • Highly organised and calm in nature
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • IT skills- efficient in Microsoft Office
