Helpdesk Manager

The Role:
The main duties for this Helpdesk Manager role will include:
Monitoring and assessing team performanceConducting monthly 1:1s to ensure all individual targets are met
Working closely with Operations team and Regional Managers to review processes and ensure continuous improvement on all business objectivesRaising the function of the Facilities Department within the business by consistently achieving the highest standards and aiming to exceed expectations
Ensuring all company procedures are followed where appropriate
Ensuring all works are managed
Liaising with colleagues and dealing with escalations where required
Ensuring the smooth running of the Helpdesk Function
The Candidate:
The successful candidate for this Helpdesk Manager role will possess:
Previous relevant experience in a similar roleHave strong business acumen
Be able to build strong and lasting relationships with internal and external customers
Be able to prioritise and organise workloads in a fast paced environment
Have exceptional communication and customer service skills
Be a good negotiator
Strong administration and IT skills
