An opportunity has arisen for a part time (18.75 hours) Team Administrator covering Monday-Friday.
The post will be for In-Reach and Home Treatment Team, working at their base at Albany House Kingsway Hospital.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, Team Administrator, to assist in the delivery of a comprehensive, professional and high quality, front-of-house service.
The post holder will primarily work alongside the clinical team.
“It is Trust policy that for posts that are for a time limited period, applicants who are currently employed by an NHS organisation will only be appointed on a secondment basis and should have approval from their line manager this is possible before applying.Applicants who are not employed by an NHS organisation, will receive a fixed term contract. “
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide, maintain and develop a high quality administrative/secretarial support to the Clinical Team and Operational Leads, reflecting the professionalism of the service and with our Partner Agencies.

The role will include providing administrative and secretarial support to the In-Reach Team. Therefore, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages.
You will possess an information technology qualification or equivalent qualification in typewriting/word processing and skills and experience around standards of spelling and grammatical accuracy.
You will need to be able to input data and analyse and complete reports.
