Payroll Administrator

We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to process monthly payrolls for our clients, support pension salary sacrifice implementations, and assist with tax compliance. This role reports to the Payroll Specialist and offers excellent opportunities for growth and learning.
If you have experience running payroll but do not have all the below experience around tax and compliance, we would still love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with high accuracy
- Maintain organised payroll records
- Implement salary sacrifice pension schemes in payroll systems
- Apply various benefit deductions while ensuring compliance with National Minimum Wage
- Lead implementation of salary sacrifice pension schemes for clients
- Guide clients through required software changes
- Verify correct tax allocations on payslips
- Create and update savings calculators
- Provide support on tax legislation and salary sacrifice regulations
- Assist internal teams with tax-related queries
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare quarterly savings statistics
- Experience with multiple payroll software platforms
- Strong background in payroll administration
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
