• Experience managing additional channels, including paid social, display, and programmatic advertising, with the ability to optimise performance across these platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring marketing teams, fostering a high-performance and improvement-driven culture.
• Strong data-driven approach to campaign management, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
