Junior Finance Analyst
Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a professional services firm in central Bristol on the recruitment of a Junior Finance Analyst to join their team. This is a full time and permanent position that would require you on site in their city centre office for 1 day per week.
Our client is keen to find someone who is keen to pursue a career in Finance and want to work towards either an ACCA or CIMA qualification. The ideal candidate will have a good base knowledge of Finance processes, be comfortable working with Excel and be hungry to learn.
Responsibilities of the Junior Finance Analyst will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supporting the wider FP&A team, on the collation of budgets and forecasts.
- Providing financial analysis and support as required.
- Assisting in the production of monthly KPI reporting and external reporting.
Your Profile:
- Good working knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
- Comfortable using MS Excel. Experience with Sequel would be a huge advantage, but not essential.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £27,000 dependant on experience plus benefits including 26 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, study support, life assurance and more.
