Commercial Gas Engineer

Based from Livingston, you will cover sites across Central Scotland, ensuring heating and gas systems are maintained, serviced, and repaired to the highest standards.

♂️Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems, heating appliances, and associated plant.
• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Conduct gas safety inspections and compliance checks in line with regulations.
• Work on a variety of sites, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service, liaising with clients and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial FM environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
