Management Accountant - £50K
Hays Senior Finance are working with a specialist construction company to recruit a qualified Management Accountant. This innovative and growing company has won numerous awards and can demonstrate continued growth and profitability. Due to ongoing growth, they need to expand their accounts team with a newly created, qualified Management Accountant job.
As Management Accountant you will have the following duties:
- Production of monthly management accounts for various businesses, including detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance of the business
- Supporting the Year-end and the Audit process for the various Group companies
- Supporting the finance team in the submission of financial models to the banks
- Invoice processing on sales and purchase ledgers
- VAT returns submissions and dealing with HMRC queries
- CIS returns and dealing with sub-contractors for our property construction businesses
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Supporting the team in the annual budgeting and P & L forecasting process
- Communication with suppliers, customers, lenders, and key stakeholders
We are looking to speak to qualified accountants (Finalists potentially considered) who have worked in a Management Accounting role. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company in an interesting sector. They are based just off the M56 near Chester.
