Marketing Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that make a real impact. You'll craft integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels and will have the opportunity to shape high-profile initiatives that support critical business goals.You will combine your passion for storytelling with a data-driven approach to maximize engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
Your Opportunity
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:- Creating integrated marketing campaigns to support driving caravan sales and owner communications
- Work with internal teams to develop the annual marketing campaign calendars and deliver the integrated comms to drive caravan sales and enhance Owner communications
- Working with the performance marketing team to understand campaign performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Gathering and making use of all available data to inform and shape campaign briefs
- Detailed understanding of marketing channels, campaign planning and creative briefing process
- Proven experience in UK consumer marketing, including experience of briefing external agencies
- Effective planning and prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to write and review copy
- Great communication skills, you will be working with teams and leaders across the business
