Job Description- Own and develop strategic relationships with key regional accounts.
- Deliver sustainable growth through effective account planning, promotional strategy, and category insight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure delivery of commercial objectives.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and joint business plans (JBPs).
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Proven experience in a similar Key Account Manager or National Account Manager role within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering against sales targets.
- Confident negotiator with experience managing top-tier accounts (grocery multiples, convenience, discounters, or wholesalers).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in or able to commute to the Midlands with flexibility for national travel and hybrid working.
