Senior National Account Manager

Join our #OneBlueFamily as a field based Senior National Account Manager to develop strategic relationships with industrial existing clients across the UK/Ireland. Your role will be to increase our market share, drive growth and generate new business.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior National Account Manager include:
- Research, analyse and understand your customers: business strategy, organisational structure, key values and priorities and to align Blue Arrow's sales strategy to these to grow Blue Arrow's market share
- Manage onsite direct reports
- Share cross sector revenue opportunities
- Develop accurate client development plans
- Regular face to face meetings onsite with client base and key decision makers
- Manage key stakeholder relationships within each customer and initiate, build and develop productive relationships to create new business opportunities for Blue Arrow
- Achieve new business/growth targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, influencing change positively and ensuring this is embraced at all levels through effective communication
- Nurture relationships with key clients to ensure growth and retention of the business, whilst considering the commercial needs of all stakeholders
- Regular communication with key clients and create suitable discussion platforms to ensure that there are regular ongoing discussions focused on growing Blue Arrow's share of wallet
About you:
- Track record of success in growing revenues in a business development focussed role
- Worked within the industrial onsite recruitment sector in a senior account development position, preferably within National Accounts or experience in managing multiple accounts/managed service accounts, MSP, RPO
- A strong negotiator with the ability to sell effective solutions to customers at all levels
- Experience of managing onsite teams and direct reports
- The ability to influence and drive change proactively across your portfolio
- Strong business acumen with commercial and market knowledge
- Hold full UK driving licence as this role is field based and will require travel to visit clients and teams onsite in UK/Ireland
