The Regional Onsite Support Team in Marlow is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of client computing devices, ie. Laptop, iPhone, meeting room equipment. Supporting our UK&I employees and IT operations including, hardware support, asset management, on/off boarding tasks, meeting room equipment support, event support, supplier engagement, stock control, communications to the business etc.
As an intern, you might:
- Be required to work onsite at the Marlow office 5 days a week – wfh is not an option for this specific role.
- Need to travel to another office for support purposes, ie. London, Glasgow offices
- Be asked to review process documents and suggest improvements
- Help with the roll out of iPhone upgrade
- Be responsible for the upkeep of our internal asset management system
- Be involved in future projects that affect our team
- You’re a final year college student enrolled in an accredited program.
- Targets majors include all the STEM facuties.
- Additional required skills/qualifications?
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
- Skills – little experience required but willingness to learn is essential, good problem solving skills and communication skills essential
- Technologies – good understanding of Office 365 products. We use ServiceNow and Azure as our main platforms – experience of these is beneficial but not essential
CareerStart Program dates: and location: This is a 6 month internship program which will tentatively take place between April 1 – September 30 (Dates can slightly chance due to academic calendars.). Our role is onsite in our SAS Marlow office.
