We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Refrigeration Technical Support Manager to join an industry leader. As the Technical Support Manager, you’ll provide essential support to management, liaise with clients, and serve as a technical bridge between the office and on-site teams.This position offers professional growth, work-life balance, and a chance to influence the company’s continued success in an industry-leading role. They currently employ over 120 refrigeration and catering engineers across the UK and form part of another large business.
Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries from engineers, clients and management, ensuring effective communication between customers and the company.Support the engineering team by troubleshooting issues remotely and providing technical guidance, with occasional on-site visits as required.
Occasional visits to site when required
Investigate on-site complaints, concerns, and warranty claims, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions that align with company standards and client expectations.In the absence of the Operations Manager, take on additional responsibilities, managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and support of company objectives.
Actively contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Support the training and development of engineering teams by providing hands-on technical guidance and sharing best practices.
Identify areas for skill enhancement within the team, arranging training sessions when required and ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
