The Role:
For 16 weeks over Summer 2025 (ideally June to September but can be flexible) you’ll be diving headfirst into the wonky world of DASH. Focusing on the Out of Home (OOH) channel predominantly engaging in field sales to help grow the DASH brand in London.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning new business – You’ll take full ownership of two OOH sub-channels (think indie coffee shops or luxury hotels) and make them DASH-obsessed.
- Hitting the streets – You won’t be tied to a desk. Instead, you’ll be out and about, pitching to potential stockists and building strong personal relationships.
- Getting creative – Finding new ways to introduce DASH to venues and ensuring our drinks stand out.
- Tracking your wins – Keeping tabs on your outreach, conversions, and learnings using our CRM platform so we can celebrate your success and refine your approach.
- Samplings – Organising and running in-person DASH samplings with key partners.
- Grocery Quality Checks – Ad hoc grocery visits to meet store managers, check fixture and fit quality and report this back to the sales team.
- Training & Support – You’ll start with a one-week intensive training to get you prepped and confident plus weekly check-ins for regular touch points with your manager.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A bold, confident communicator – you love talking to new people and building strong relationships.
- An organised self-starter – you’ll have heaps of independence to manage your own pipeline and schedule.
- Someone with energy and enthusiasm – we’re all about passion at DASH!
- A love for challenger brands creating noise in the FMCG industry – this is the perfect role for someone looking to break into FMCG.
- A London-based mover and shaker – you’ll be out in the city 2-3 days per week, so being comfortable navigating London is a must.
