Job Description- Handle monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with cost centre managers.
- Ensure accuracy in financial controls and General Ledger accounts.
- Prepare and maintain capital expenditure (capex) matrices and support business cases for key projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide clear financial insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support financial decision-making by collecting, analysing, investigating and reporting financial data.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner Analyst should have:
- Proactive individual with a background in accounting and finance.
- Strong grasp of essential accounting principles, including debits, credits, and accruals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Part-qualified in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) with familiarity in finance software, preferably Oracle or similar.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy to provide exceptional service and insights to the team.
