Finance Manager
Morgan McKinley is supporting a fast growing business with international expansion plans, to recruit a Finance Manager.
Reporting into the Finance Director and with one direct report, this role will effectively be fully remote, with a requirement to meet sometimes with the Bristol based Finance Director, and occasionally travel to the company Head Office.
This is a broad and varied role in a business with a high volume of transactions, with responsibilities including:
- Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations
- Maintain the statutory accounting records of the Company
- Monthly payroll reconciliation and payment
- Delivery of P&L Account and Balance Sheet with full reconciliations
- Run monthly data analytics to identify staff resource efficiency and compliance
- Ensure implementation of internal controls
- Facilitate and lead the annual external audit process
- Manage the outsourced bookkeeping services
To be successful in this role you must love a challenge and be good at fixing things and identifying efficiencies.
You will be a Qualified Accountant with some management experience, and an understanding of IFRS and FRS 101. You will also need to be proactive with an analytical approach and a passion for working in a multi-cultural business.
