Machine Operative

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established manufacturing company in their search for a Machine Operative to work in their manufacturing facility near Warrington.

For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:

• Hourly rate of £12.30 per hour
• Working hours Monday
• Thursday, 7am
• 4pm with 12:00 finish on Fridays
• Early finish on Friday
• Temp to perm opportunity

The role - Machine Operative:

• Operate machinery and equipment as needed
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Handle materials and supplies in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Previous machine setting & operating experience ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience working with press machines/ punch machines BENEFICIAL
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
