We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the Highways sector to join a tier 1 contractor delivering a motorway maintenance framework This opportunity is for a professional ideally with experience working for a Tier 1 contractor and has worked in highways maintenance who thrives in managing the commercial aspects of complex infrastructure projects As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will play a key role in overseeing cost management and working with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget The role will involve working on site which is North London based providing a variety of challenges and opportunities for professional growth Requirements and Duties Change Management

Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with a focus on highways packages
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and maximise profits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients subcontractors and suppliers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors
