The Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Step into classrooms to cover lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students are on task.
- Gain exposure to a variety of subjects and school environments.
- Work flexibly across different schools in the Southampton area.
- Build valuable classroom management skills and experience in a supportive role.
