Client Support Administrator Opportunity (IFA) in Edinburgh

Are you an experienced administrator with a knack for detail and a passion for client support? Join our client’s dynamic team in Edinburgh and kick start your career in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client illustrations and paperwork
- Process and chase new business (paper-based and online)
- Handle fund switches and rebalances
- Send and follow up on Letters of Authority
- Format suitability reports and research Pension Replacement Contracts
- Provide efficient support to Financial Adviser and Office Manager
- Issue policy documentation and obtain valuations
- Prepare death schedules for families and Solicitors
- Maintain and update client data in our back-office system
- Train new team members and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines
- Manage correspondence and general office duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Financial Adviser environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Experience with Intelligent Office and provider platforms is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Team player with the ability to work independently
