Job Description- Manage and coordinate all elements of events, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service.
- Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
- Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports to update internal stakeholders on event progress.
- Handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Event Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Event Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an event manager.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A Great Salary on offer between £38,000 and £42,000 (Role with initially be a temporary contract)
