Job Description
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Managing and coordinating calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Preparing, editing, and proofreading documents and presentations.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including calls and emails.
  • Maintaining an organised filing system for easy access to information.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
  • Assisting with project coordination and management when necessary.
  • Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA should have:

  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour at all times.
  • Experience in a PA or similar role within a professional services environment.
