• Oversee the development and implementation of quality standards within the department.
• Lead, inspire and manage a team of quality assurance professionals.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
• Manage resources and budget to deliver quality programs.
• Report on the performance of quality systems to top management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• A degree in a relevant Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• A solid understanding of quality assurance techniques and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
