Children’s Support Worker

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working with children is ideal, but not essential, particularly those with challenging behaviours
• An understanding of trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with young people and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and resilience, essential for working in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
• You must hold a full UK drivers licence and have full right to work status in the UK.
