Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager - Watford

£22.18 - £23.18 ph

I am looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager for a lovely care home in Watford. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will ensure that the highest quality of care is being given at all times. You will lead and support the nurses and carers to ensure that excellent standards are being maintained.

• Assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the nursing home.
• Lead and supervise the clinical team
• Ensure the highest calibre of care is being given at all times
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and the delivery of person centred care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Manage and monitor the administration of medication
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Liaise with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals

• Registered Nurse with active pin
• Strong clinical skills
• Experience working in a care home or nursing home environment
• Strong leadership / managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills

You will be required to work 40 hours a week (11 hours supernumerary)
