Job Description- Provide comprehensive support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Manage and organise correspondence, files and legal documents.
- Prepare and draft wills and executry documents under supervision.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and diary management.
- Work closely with fee earners to ensure smooth running of the department.
- Handle client queries in a professional manner.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with the firm's procedures and standards.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal PA - Wills/Executry should have:
- A strong background in secretarial support within a professional services environment.
- Exposure to wills and executry work.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- An annual salary ranging between £28,800 and £32,000
