Job Description- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Conveyancing team.
- Preparing and editing legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing and organising the team's calendar and appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication related to conveyancing matters.
- Maintaining client files and records in accordance with firm's policies.
- Assisting with the preparation of client bills and expense reports.
- Providing support in the organisation of client meetings and events.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Legal Secretary (Conveyancing)' should have:
- A strong educational background in Law or related fields.
- Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal terminology.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
