THE CANDIDATE
The firm is looking for a confident and committed Residential Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience.
The ideal candidate will work well within a team, supporting more senior members of the team, will have experience in all areas of residential conveyancing and be capable of delivering the end-to-end conveyancing process.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with clients in person and in writing,Obtaining and checking Land Registry documents or title deeds (if the land is unregistered),
Drafting and/or checking sales/purchase contracts and agreeing terms with the conveyancer acting for the other party to the transaction,
Collating and/ or checking supporting legal and financial documents,
Dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction,
Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction.
