We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced individual to join Cambridge University Hospitals and be part of the team delivering our newly established Performance Function, benefiting our patients, colleagues, organisation and local system.

The Performance Manager will form part of a newly established Performance team reporting to the Head of Performance and will have regular contact across the organisation. As a Performance Manager, you will help establish and embed a culture of accountability and performance across the organisation.

The Performance Function is critical in supporting CUH to deliver high quality, productive care.

Working closely with colleagues across Corporate and Divisional Teams, you will ensure that we are using business intelligence to drive insightful and impactful conversations about performance which lead to tangible change. The team is responsible for defining and delivering the accountability framework in the organisation and to take on projects for in year performance.

These projects aim to improve understanding of the root causes of performance concerns, to assess the best intervention and evaluate the impact of these interventions. The team also play a key role in longer term trust-wide planning and development of governance and reporting arrangements.
