• Maintaining accurate records in compliance with local and international regulations
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and data analysis
• Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for smooth logistics operations
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Handling administrative tasks and correspondence related to customs
• Staying updated with changes in customs regulations and implementing them
• Supporting the logistics team in various tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customs Administrator should have:

• Experience in a similar customs/logistics/import/export role would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in data entry and record-keeping.

• 6 month temporary role with possibility to extend
• Hybrid working - 2-3 days per month required on site
