Sales Associate

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to effectively sell products and persuade customers
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
