Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:

Advising individuals and families on wills, trusts, and executries.
Handling complex inheritance tax and succession planning matters.
Administering estates and providing expert guidance on tax-efficient solutions.
Working closely with clients to deliver tailored private client legal services.
Keeping up to date with legislative changes to provide informed advice.

The Successful Applicant

A solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
Experienced in wills, executries, trusts, and tax planning.
Skilled in client relationship management, with strong technical expertise.
STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
