A 24/7, shift based function. The sourcing team is responsible for providing market options when additional availability is required, be it short notice or further out travel and to deliver world class support to sales and customer service teams, for all Vista and XO products.

The Tactical Function focuses on sourcing availability for schedule disruptions, in coordination with the respective AOC DM and product client team.

The Strategic function focuses on sourcing availability to fulfil the client needs whether it be on-fleet or off-fleet, due to clients commercial/financial viability, operational feasibility or non-contractual request.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class support to sales and client services in your execution and your team’s.
  • Source availability from the market and successfully communicate with various stakeholders (i.e. DM, CS teams, Sales advisors …) whilst:
  • Operating in alignment with Recovery SOPs for team operations;
  • Providing off-fleet solutions within timeline and budget;
  • Understand market trends, pricing, negotiation and aircraft performance/limitations based on mission needs;
  • Understand international permit requirements/operational concerns and be able to advise appropriate parties;
  • Maintaining data integrity by accurate reporting and filling out all necessary documentation including updates in the appropriate systems;
  • Keeping record of all flight sourcing communications for case reviews.
  • Source aircraft for both confirmed and un-confirmed strategic sourcing functions for the Vista and XO products
  • Execute contract signing for off fleet options and ensure invoice details match.
  • Support fleet de-risking coordination from the direction of the fleet planning team.
  • Attend in person industry events to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Continuous learning and development to keep pace with the growth of the company - the company is scaling quickly and requires talent to expand their skill set to support the high-growth.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Approximately 1-2 years aviation brokerage experience, including experience with aircraft operations.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that will include early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays and some on-call requirements.
  • Commercial acumen – possesses proven experience of identifying commercially viable opportunities and negotiating deals.
  • A keen eye for detail that will enable you to move quickly while maintaining exacting levels of accuracy in your work.
  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask, while keeping up with high demand.
