Pay Scale: £150-£200 per day (paid to scale equivalent)
Full Time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 3:30

LTF Recruitment are working alongside a school in Sandiacre (NG10) who are looking to appoint a Teacher of Food Technology to start ASAP, for a long-term cover until July 2025 (and possibly permanent for the right applicant). The school is currently graded 'Good' by OFSTED.
The main duties within the role will be:- Planning and delivering engaging lessons to both KS3 and KS4
- Differentiating planning to meet a range of needs
- Delivering KS4 examination content
- Assessing children's work against the school's assessment framework
- Liaising with the school SENCO around the progress of children with EHCPs
- Attending weekly department meetings to help drive forward the schools attainment levels
- Holds qualified teacher status (ECTs Welcome)
- Is confident teaching both KS3 and KS4 curriculum
- Has excellent classroom control and behaviour management strategies
- Is passionate about teaching and keen to ensure that students make progress
- Is an excellent team player and will work cohesively with the team
