PROPERTY LIYIGATION SOLICITOR:
This team deal with property management litigation on behalf of institutional landlords, pension funds and asset managers in relation to large residential and mixed-use developments. On offer is a broad and complex caseload and the opportunity to handle tribunal hearings and litigation from county court claims up to multi-track trials and high court appeals.Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Solicitors who have at least 2 years’ experience or astute litigators with an interest in property litigation
