This is a really interesting role in which you will take on an active caseload to include:- Commercial contract disputes
- Partnerships and shareholder disputes
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters
You will work closely with the firm’s longstanding client base that will encompass locals SMEs, owner managed businesses and national clients across a number of different industries.
This is a great opportunity for a driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor, around the 2 years PQE, to become part of a dispute resolution team who have a strong name throughout the Cheshire and Merseyside market.The successful candidate will gain exposure to high quality work, hybrid working, on-going training and development and a competitive remuneration package.
