Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for numbers? We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a finance department in Ashford. This permanent role offers a chance to be part of a supportive team in a dynamic and growing company.

Your Role:

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, including:

• Processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Contributing to the efficiency of our financial operations through accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Collaborating with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls.

We’re Looking For:

• A proactive individual with previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• A team player with good communication skills.
