The Professional Support & Wellbeing Service (PSW) supports all doctors, dentists and pharmacists in training whose performance has been affected by issues that may arise and prevent progression throughout the training process. The aim of the support is to ensure that east of England trainee doctors, dentists and pharmacists have access to a professional and confidential occupational health & medical education service.
The PSW Team also support the delivery of a centrally funded project known as SuppoRTT, which aims to support trainees to return to training following a period of absence. The Support RTT role is part of this ethos and will be an exciting project for someone who wants to make a difference.
