General Sales Manager
- Starting basic salary up to £40,000 per annum pending experience.
- Uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £52,000+ per annum.
- Personal company car.
- 28 days annual holidays including the bank holidays, plus your birthday off (any bank holidays worked you shall gain a day off in lieu) and increasing over the length of service.

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s franchise-approved car dealer in Carmarthen.
Working for an Automotive Business, the successful General Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £52,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities for this General Sales Manager role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
- Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Sell and Buy Vehicles
The successful General Sales Manager will:
- Have a proven track record within a General Sales Manager role
- Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
- Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
