We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT & Digital team.- Contracted to 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00

As a Business Analyst you will be the crucial link between our business needs and the solutions provided by technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Additionally, our Business Analyst will assist in developing training materials, support end-users during implementation, manage vendor deliverables, and maintain project documentation while supporting project management activities to ensure milestones are met.
Business Analyst – Experience & Attributes:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, with experience in gathering requirements and supporting business change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good business and commercial awareness.
- A proactive and responsive attitude.
- Ability to build credible relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Confident under pressure and adaptable to different situations.
