Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Advisor to join our client on the Weetabix site in Burton Latimer. Our client is a large engineering company with over 200 sites across the UK and Ireland and provides a wide range of engineering services.
This Customer Operations Advisor role is available on a temporary basis working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, on-site. This will be a temporary contract until Christmas. There can be some flexibility on these working hours upon discussion.
You will be providing administrative and data analysis support to our client's team on-site to help meet customer requirements by overseeing stock system data, occasionally interacting with customers on-site and completing general office duties.
An adept use of Microsoft Excel is needed to be successful in this role and competency with VLookup's is required. (HLookup and XLookup ability advantageous)
Role Responsibilities- Analyse stock report data
- Inventory-based work
- Excel use - Xlookup, Vlookup, Hlookup
- Outlook and basic MS package usage
- Occasional customer interactions over counter.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Competent use of Excel with Vlookup is essential (Xlookup, Hlookup ability advantageous)
