About the Role

Operating under the radar, this role requires a highly motivated professional who can confidently engage with clients, represent the company in key industry events and site visits, and uncover new business opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in securing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the company’s “eyes and ears on the ground.”

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and trust.
  • Conduct regular site visits across live projects and those in development.
  • Identify new business opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure client concerns are swiftly addressed, reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in client relations, sales, or business development (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction projects, site dynamics, and operational processes.
  • A natural communicator who builds relationships effortlessly and can communicate on different levels.
  • Strategic mindset, able to spot opportunities and proactively drive business growth.
  • Discretion and professionalism in managing client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
