The post holder will support the development, delivery, coordination and conduct of current research and innovation within the Trust and will be responsible for collaborating on, identifying and developing opportunities for research and innovation across Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust and our stakeholder partners.
They will help align and strengthen the approach to research and innovation development and delivery in WAST and across the health and care system. The role will give the post-holder an opportunity to gain experience in research, innovation and clinical data management, together with a range of leadership skills.
