Receptionist
Responsible to: Deputy Operations Manager
Salary / Grade: Grade 2- actual salary £21,437-£22,437 (£24,404-£25.584 FTE)
Working hours / weeks: 37 hours per week, 40 working weeks per year (Term time only plus 1 Week and INSET/ administration days).
Core purpose: To deliver a customer focused front line reception service and organise a range of reception duties. To support the administration team under the general supervision of the Deputy Operations Manager.

The role:
Heritage High School are looking for a hardworking, dedicated receptionist to join their administration team. The successful candidate will deliver a customer focused front-line reception service and organise a range of reception duties. The receptionist will assist the administration team under the direction of the office manager.
The person:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about seeing children achieve and develop and will have an excellent record of punctuality. They will have practical knowledge of GDPR and will have initiative, with the ability to work independently.
