Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Executives to join a reputable business in Leeds City Centre to join their legal department to be first point of contact for clients and their queries.

You will be responsible for your own caseload of clients have lots of autonomy in the role and will be chasing up documents alongside handling enquiries from third parties.

The role will be very fast paced ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and an excellent client experience.

The Successful Applicant

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Passionate about delivering the best customer journey

Able to work in a busy environment towards targets

Excellent organisation skills

A good team player
