Job Description
French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain vendor relationships and handle any invoice discrepancies.
- Perform regular statement reconciliations.
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with various tasks.
- Work in line with company policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with French-speaking vendors as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Understanding of accounts payable principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A competitive annual salary, ranging from £30,000 to £35,000.
