The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Tax Associate Director/Director should have:

• A professional tax or accounting qualification.
• Proven experience in senior management for a UK-based accountancy practice.
• Deep understanding of private client tax matters, particularly relating to farms and estates.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team.
• A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex tax matters.
