Are you an experienced finance professional ready to lead and make an impact? We’re seeking a driven and passionate AccountsPayable Supervisor to join our Finance Team and manage the end-to-end AP process. In this role, you’ll oversee key activities like
PO management, invoice processing, payment runs, supplier statements, and month-end reporting, ensuring a seamless and efficient
service.
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll lead a great team, setting clear performance and quality standards to maintain highservice levels. Reporting into the Group AP & AR Finance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our
department.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?!
Your Duties Will Include:
- Management and training of the Accounts Payable team with 7 direct reports
- Provide frequent 1-2-1s with the Account Payable Clerks and support their development along with managing performance matters
- KPI Reporting
- Query Resolution
- Aged Creditors/Debit Balance Reviews
- Invoice Processing
- PO Raising/Management
- New/Amended Supplier Set Up Requests
- Ensure completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Support with Process Improvements
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Have a passion for leading teams
- Comfortable and confident using all Microsoft Office packages
- Strong communication skills to connect with your team and stakeholders
- Ability to handle and resolve queries effectively
- A genuine enthusiasm for personal and professional development
