Are you a highly experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong ability to resolve payment queries and streamlineprocesses? We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our dynamic Finance Team. In this
role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth AP operations, resolving queries efficiently, and driving process improvements.
Reporting to the Group AP & AR Finance Manager, you will play a key role in improving processes whilst maintaining strong supplierrelationships.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?!
Your Duties Will Include:
- KPI Reporting – Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive efficiency
- Query Resolution – Handle and resolve supplier and internal queries promptly
- Aged Creditors & Debit Balance Reviews – Ensure timely review and reconciliation of accounts
- Invoice Processing – Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices
- PO Raising & Management – Manage purchase orders to ensure smooth procurement processes
- Supplier Set-Up & Amendments – Oversee new and amended supplier requests with due diligence
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations – Ensure completion and accuracy of reconciliations
- Process Improvements – Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing AP processes
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Highly experienced in AP and resolving payment queries
- Comfortable and confident using all Microsoft Office packages
- Strong communication skills to connect with your team and stakeholders
- Ability to handle and resolve queries effectively
- A genuine enthusiasm for personal and professional development
- Enjoy working in a fast paced working environment
