We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Hostel Cleanings Operative Grade 3 to join our vibrant team. ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning tasks for guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness in communal areas and facilities, including kitchens, lounges, and bathrooms.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure guest hygiene and safety.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the hostel.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily cleaning objectives and ensure high guest satisfaction.
RequirementsPrevious cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality or hostel setting.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow cleaning protocols meticulously.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the hostel.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to enhance guest experiences.
Full UK Driving license is desirable.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £12.00
